FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Will G.A. snowboard wraps fit on all boards?
A. Yes. Our decal dimensions are 14” x 65” which cover most, if not all boards. Please measure your board ahead of time if you think you might have too big a board.

Q. I’m not sure my installation skills are great? Can I really do this?
A. You can do it! Seriously, just check out our Installation Page and just go thru the steps.

Q. How long will the decal wrap last?
A. With proper installation and care it should last 3-4 years. We guarantee it for 2 years. * Most likely you’ll change it up by then. You might even change it up multiple times during a season. Yeah - we have that many cool designs.

Q. Will this ruin my board?
A. No. In fact, a properly installed G.A. wrap will protect your board’s original finish. The wrap will protect against scratches and minor impacts.

Q. Will this ruin my existing graphics?
A. Absolutely not!

Q. Once installed can G.A. wrap decals be removed and reused?
A. No. Although our products are removable once installed it must remain on the board until it's application life has ended.

Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes, We ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For other countries please contact us.

Q. What are the decals made from?
A. All our vinyl graphic products are made from high quality self adhesive vinyl material. We currently use one of the best brands on the market, 3M™ ScotchCal. For specialty colors we use Avery™ Premium Cast Vinyl. These materials are of optimum quality and have excellent workability and removal properties. All our vinyl graphics can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Cards. We will also accept PayPal.

Q. Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
A. Yes. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

Q. What happens if I accidently ordered the wrong product?
A. Please double check your order!!! Before you "Submit" your order please double check it. We get the exact copy of your order that you reviewed online and that was emailed to you a receipt. This is the packing list our shipping department uses.

Please follow the return directions provided with your order. Any, order returned without filling out the form will be refused. Shipping will not be reimbursed to our location as well as sending the replacement order.

In a case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source.
